  • 80 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of walnuts

  1. Take the dark chocolate and melt it with the butter, in a double boiler or in the microwave, being careful to avoid burning it
  2. Once this is done, put the four eggs in a bowl and beat them
  3. At this point, add the sugar little by little while continuing to beat, until the ingredients are well blended
  4. Once done, add the butter and melted dark chocolate, but first make sure the mixture is cold enough to prevent the eggs from cooking, doing the same way as the sugar.
  5. Finally, add the flour to the chopped walnuts and, if you want, add the yeast
