- After the required time has elapsed, heat the water in a pot
- Rinse the softened soybean and put it in the blender then add a few ladles of your hot water
- Operate the blender: you will see a creamy, frothy and very fine mixture. Add hot water while blending if the mixture is too compact
- Pour the cream you just obtained into the pan with hot water and boil for about 15 minutes, taking care to mix it so as not to create lumps.
- Place a fairly large white cloth on a colander placed on a rather large container
- Pour the liquid slowly and here is your soy milk.
- Pour the filtered milk into a saucepan and boil it for about 1 hour: the last 10 minutes add the vanilla bean.
