Wireless sensors to reduce consumption

Thanks to specials wireless sensors, a developer from the Google team managed to develop a system to irrigate the garden via an internet connection. Others wireless sensors are those found in the Nest thermostat, i sensors are able to detect the GPS position of the landlord's smartphone, so that upon returning, the user finds the ideal temperature, others sensors of the thermostat are able to record the thermal habits of the landlord, so if it is 2 degrees outside, there will be the ideal temperature inside, without the user having to set anything!

With the Belkin i wireless sensors they have reached the sink of the house. Belkin's line is called Echo. The company initially developed the Echo only for large companies but recently introduced a version for home use. Echo takes advantage wireless sensors designed to analyze the habits of users in the two main domestic areas that concern water consumption and electricity consumption.

Echo not only analyzes the overall consumption of energy and water but thanks to a single sensor is able to evaluate the use of resources "device by device", allowing users to manage and optimize the use of each individual device. Belkin will make its device available starting in 2014.

In addition to those just mentioned, there are wireless sensors that optimize consumption in a much simpler way. Just think about the sensors of movement that turn the lights on and off only when they detect the presence of a user in the room.

THE wireless sensors they are able to collect data from the external environment and communicate with other electrical appliances. These are usually low-power devices that take advantage of communication wireless to communicate with each other within a limited range of action. THE sensors are made up of components capable of detecting different factors, in fact we have sensors position, temperature, humidity, sensors photosensitive and so on.

THE sensors they have a limited and non-renewable energy reserve, which is why they must keep consumption very low, in order to have a greater life cycle.
