Fruit and vegetable salad, the ingredients for 4 people
- An iceberg lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- A bunch of rocket
- 2 salad tomatoes
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 green apple
- A handful of raisins
- 2 yellow peaches
- 1 white peach
- A few cubes of melon
- 100 grams of plain yogurt
- Extra virgin olive oil

- Peel the carrots, cut them into small pieces and then put them to boil for 10 minutes
