Charging station (free) for electric vehicles

The innovative arrives in the municipalities railway station of charging free for electric vehicles. It's called RICARICA IL FUTURO and was developed by the Lombard stat-up Evbility in collaboration with S&H. The gratuitousness lies in the fact that the costs of installation, management and maintenance are borne by national and local companies which, with their sponsorship, will contribute to opening the doors of sustainable mobility. To scooter owners e electric vehicles, to access the service, the Regional Services Card and the authorization granted by the Municipality of residence will suffice.

There railway station of charging free for electric vehicles RICARICA IL FUTURO (the prototype is presented in a national preview at Smart City Exhibition from 16 to 18 October in Bologna) is offered from October 2013 to all Italian municipalities who request it. In the agreement proposed by Evbility and the national Ecoveicoli network, the Municipalities that will host the stations of charging free for electric vehicles have the sole commitment to identify with the project promoters the public areas where to locate them and assume the burden of modest electricity consumption resulting from the public use of the railway station.

Ready to go: those who want to see first with their own eyes should know that the adoption of the railway station Evbility of charging free for electric vehicles is already underway in 12 municipalities in the province of Bergamo (thanks also to the intervention of the Agenda21 Isola Bergamasca, Dalmine-Zingonia association) and will be underway by 2013 in a dozen municipalities in Piedmont. The concept on which everything is based is that the stations of charging for electric vehicles not only a public service, but also a form of moral suasion in favor of the conversion to sustainable mobility and the use of almost zero impact vehicles.

Also because the objectives indicated by the EU are clear: by 2020 the stations of charging for electric vehicles in Italy there must be 125,000, compared to 1350 today. It must be said that the Italian Government is committed and, within the framework of the National Infrastructure Plan for Charging Electricity-Powered Vehicles, is examining dozens of projects for the creation of charging infrastructures presented by the Regions on the basis of the National Call closed on 16 September. However, attention is lacking for the thousands of municipalities with less than 100,000 inhabitants where 65% of the Italian population now lives.
