Thermal plaster for the thermal coat

The thermo plaster it is different from the classic plaster construction. A common plaster is made from a part of inert material, such as sand, whose task is to give mass and consistency to the plaster itself, and from a second material called a binder, such as cement. The binder performs a "glue " keeping the inert components together.

In thermo plaster, the inert classics are completely or partially replaced with materials insulators small size. By replacing the aggregates with insulating materials, the plaster obtained will offer excellent thermal performance. The quality of a thermo plaster depends both on the type of insulation chosen and on its quantity: the replacement of the aggregates can be partial or total, with the total replacement, obviously, the thermal performance of the thermo plaster turn out to be more efficient. Due to its characteristics, the thermo plaster it is the simplest solution to apply in the battle against thermal bridges.

Thermo-plaster to insulate the house, the thermal coat
To insulate the house you can use the thermal coat. From an operational point of view, the thermal insulation system can be achieved either by applying insulating plates (which must still plastered and coated), or through the use of a good thermo plaster: in this case we will simply proceed by plastering the wall with suitable thicknesses of thermal plasters, called precisely, thermo-plaster. To improve the aesthetics of the coating in thermo plaster, this will then be covered with a finishing plaster.

A thermo plaster offers a large number of benefits. First of all, we start from the ease of application: the method of application of the thermo plaster it is wet and allows perfect adhesion to the wall. The insulating layer (thermo plaster), adhering to the wall in an optimal way, will avoid the formation of "air pockets"Interposed between the wall of the house to be insulated and the layer of insulating materials (thermo plaster).

Air pockets can undermine the energy efficiency of a building and can increase the risk of mold and condensation. The thermal coat insulation through the application of thermo plaster, due to its excellent adhesion, it is therefore exempt from the risk of very dangerous condensation and numerous other risks that could undermine the degree of insulation of the thermal coat.

Another advantage related to the wet application of thermo plaster lies in the elimination of the irregularities of the bottom on which the insulation is applied, a problem that is not solved when the thermal coat is given by insulating plates. This feature makes the thermo plaster also advantageous from an economic point of view.

Among the various thermo-plaster present on the market we point out Naturcap, a thermo plaster capable of guaranteeing acoustic and thermal insulation. This kind of thermal plaster it can be used both for the creation of an external thermal coat and for insulation from the inside.
